Come walk with us on every second Saturday of each month from 8:00 - 9:00 AM. The Four-Fires puts on this event to build community and get more men connected to living exceptional lives. Remember to bring your family and friends!

What you will need:

- A good attitude

- Water or something to keep you hydrated.

- Comfortable shoes

***Optional*** Backpack or weighted vest (10-20% of body weight)
